Our home has been designed to keep its Historic designation but we also added all of the modern luxuries you could desire. We have added in special cleaning guidelines to sanitize the house after every stay to keep guests extra safe!

**Southtown** You can't find a better location. Less than a mile outside the heart of downtown, Southtown has the best accessibility to the Alamo, Tower of America's, Riverwalk and offers some of the cities best cuisine (literally a foodies heaven!). We personally recommend Taco Haven (incredible breakfast tacos), Rosarios (top rated Mexican in SA), The Good Kind (beautiful backyard, healthy bites, wine/beer/kombucha), La Focaccia Italian Grill & Battalion (both amazing Italian) and Juice bar. All of these are less than a half mile, some just a couple blocks away!

There is parking onsite but because things are so close we definitely recommend walking, grabbing a scooter (SO FUN!), renting bikes or taking a quick ride share wherever you might need to go.

There are so many perks about staying at this beautiful house but the best part is the location. Being close to everything makes everything easier but please do remember that you are in the heart of the city on a busy street so street noise, bar noise, and train noise are common. If you are a very light sleeper it is something to think about before booking. We do provide ear plugs and noisemakers for all guests just incase they are a sensitive sleeper.

A one story layout the house offers 3 bedrooms. Bedroom one and two have one queen bed each and bedroom three has 3 twin beds.

The modern kitchen is well stocked to provide anything you might need to cook a delicious meal, finished with stainless steel appliances.

Our backyard has a nice patio table and also a charcoal bbq grill that your group is free to use.

The bathroom has been completely remodeled and offers a luxury ceiling shower and a spacious layout.

Our house is your house. Please make yourself at home.

We allow some pets but it is a $65 pet fee for additional cleaning. Please inquire.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $25.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 10 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 10 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
