We welcome you to our exquisite modern luxury new build located in the Travis Heights neighborhood. From the minute you enter the neighborhood you will feel at peace from enormous live oak trees lining the streets you will be amazed that the busy city is just around the corner! The house is just a few blocks from famous South Congress & Lady Bird Lake trail & 1.5miles from downtown ATX, convention center & events such as ACL & SXSW. Also less than 10 minutes to UT campus & the airport.

The house features an open floor plan with the kitchen open to the dining and living room with soaring 14 ft ceiling. A perfect place to gather and create memories with your group!

You will be able to enter the house with our digital locks. There is one parking spot under a covered carport and space for others in the driveway (the driveway does have a large slope so you may prefer street parking which is ample).

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
