With two cozy daybeds, chaise loungers, & tons of outdoor dining seating the deck is the perfect place to relax and recharge after a day of adventure. Enjoy the propane grill, wired-in outdoor speakers and romantic string lights for a perfect dinner party 🌅

This property is magical. The main living spaces, primary bedroom, and outside area are impossible to beat! Please note that the bathrooms have not been remodeled so although everything is in great working condition it might feel a bit outdated compared to the rest of the home.

If you book any dates after Sept 1 this home with also include a private boathouse right on Lake Austin with a private boat slip.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $25.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 10 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 10 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
