Airbnb charges guests as soon as the reservation is confirmed and we do start holding that $500 security deposit 3 days before your stay and it usually doesn't show up on your end until 1 day after check-in. Also upon reservation, we advise that you put the correct number of guests to ensure that you get the correct rate.

For cancellations, please note that we do charge a payment processing fee on top of our cancellation policy.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $25.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 10 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 10 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
