Welcome to Austin's newest luxury Downtown high-rise, 48th East Ave! Known for its state-of-the-art amenities and the best location in the city, be ready to be blown away by the views from our 30th-floor balcony and the rooftop pool! We didn't spare any expense to give you a 5-star, luxury Downtown experience. (We are the only unit that offers FREE VALET PARKING. The cost is $40/night, and we cover it for you!)

The condo features 10’ ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows so you can enjoy the scenic city views from inside as well. The natural light pours into the living space which includes a 2 sleeper sofa and a 55-inch smart TV to recharge after a day in the city and in the luxury bedroom which includes a king-sized bed, full body-sized mirror, and a 55-inch TV. If you have some work to get done, work at the dining table in the kitchen area or enjoy the views from the deck overlooking the city and the lake.

As you enter the condo, you are greeted by an open living area that is spacious and inviting. Make sure to notice the perfect dining area and the high-end appliances in the kitchen as you rush towards the balcony to check out the amazing views. If you look to the left you have the perfect view of the jewel of the city, Lady Bird Lake! If you look straight you get to enjoy Austin's growing skyline and DT views.

The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, and granite countertops. The dining area features a beautiful table and chairs that can accommodate 4. The condo has both a washer and a dryer.

Airbnb charges guests as soon as the reservation is confirmed and we do start holding that $500 security deposit 3 days before your stay and it usually doesn't show up on your end until 1 day after check-in. Also upon reservation, we advise that you put the correct number of guests to ensure that you get the correct rate.

For cancellations, please note that we do charge a payment processing fee on top of our cancellation policy.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $25.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 10 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 10 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
