You will see friendly neighbors walking by the house with their pets and waving. There is also a community pool, volleyball court, basketball court, hiking trails and playground! It's also just 5 mins from Lakeway which has a ton of great food and drink options as well as wonderful shopping. The house is 30mins from Downtown Austin We are one of the only neighborhoods with private lake access still!
