Our home offers three inviting sleeping spaces. The spacious primary bedroom features a king-size bed, bedside tables and lamps, and pillows of varying firmness for your comfort. Other bedrooms include one with a queen bed and another with two twin beds, each equipped with dressers, ceiling fans, and ample closet space. The primary bedroom also has a large Roku TV, perfect for streaming your favorite apps or catching up on local channels.

Both of our full bathrooms are designed with your comfort in mind, featuring a tub and shower combo in the shared bathroom, complimentary toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash), a hairdryer, and large mirrors. The primary bedroom includes an en suite bathroom with a glass door shower, while the second bathroom is conveniently located off the main hallway.

For cancellations, please note that we do charge a payment processing fee on top of our cancellation policy.

We charge a minimum of $150 for an unapproved late checkout.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside our property. You can smoke outside the property but we will just ask to make sure the smoke doesn't go inside and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Violation of our non-smoking policy will result in a minimum fee of $500.

NO PETS allowed in this property.

Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM to help keep the neighborhood peaceful. You’re welcome to enjoy the outdoor areas during this time - we just ask that conversations stay at a lower volume so everyone can relax and enjoy their evening.

Note: There is a $500 fine for any noise violations / unapproved events.
