We also charge a minimum of $150 for unapproved late checkouts.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside our property. You can smoke outside the property but we will just ask to make sure the smoke doesn't go inside and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Violation of our non-smoking policy will result in a minimum fee of $500.

We only host groups where the primary renter is above the age of 25+ years old. Will need ID verification.

No events, parties, or additional guests than the number on your reservation without permission. An additional event fee will be charged.

We have had 0 complaints but we always like to be transparent that if a few boarded up houses or homeless nearby, the urban area of San Antonio may not be for you and further out in the suburbs would be a better fit.
