RULES:
For cancellations, please note that we do charge a payment processing fee on top of our cancellation policy.

We also charge a minimum of $150 for an unapproved late checkout.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside our property. You can smoke outside the property but we will just ask to make sure the smoke doesn't go inside and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Violation of our non-smoking policy will result in a minimum fee of $500.

We only host groups where the primary renter is above the age of 25+ years old. Will need ID verification.

Pets are not allowed.

No events, parties, or additional guests than the number on your reservation without permission. An additional event fee will be charged.

Guests are welcome to enjoy the outdoor areas after 10:00 p.m.; however, we kindly ask that there be no amplified music, shouting, or loud partying. If this rule is not respected, we will have to enforce a no-noise policy outdoors after 10:00 p.m. for the remainder of your stay. Additionally, if the police are called due to a noise complaint, guests will be charged a $500 fee, which reflects the fine we receive.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $25.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $25.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation for 48 hours after booking if arrival is at least 14 days away at time of booking..
