This spacious home comfortably sleeps your group across four well-appointed bedrooms, all equipped with ceiling fans, TVs, and bedside lamps for your comfort.

The primary suite is on the main level, featuring a king-size bed, a large TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a separate wide tub and shower—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. A large walk-in closet offers plenty of storage space.

Upstairs, you’ll find three additional bedrooms. One offers a king-size bed, a TV, a large dresser, and a closet for storage. The other two bedrooms each feature a queen bed plus a full daybed with a trundle, making them ideal for families or groups. Each bedroom includes a ceiling fan to keep you cool and comfortable.

This home features three full bathrooms, each stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your convenience.

The primary ensuite bathroom on the main level offers a spa-like retreat with a large soaking tub (complete with a bath shelf for your book or beverage), a separate frosted-glass shower, double vanities with mirrors, and a makeup mirror for added comfort.

Upstairs, a shared hallway bathroom includes a shower/tub combo, making it easily accessible for guests. The Jack-and-Jill bathroom connects two bedrooms and features separate private vanities and a newly renovated shower with a sleek sliding glass door.

The spacious main floor living room is designed for both relaxation and entertainment. Sink into the hi-tech sectional sofa, featuring a Bluetooth speaker, wireless phone charging station, and USB-A & USB-C ports for added convenience. A large TV is mounted against a modern wood-accented wall, creating a sleek and inviting atmosphere.

Curl up with an extra blanket in the cozy reading corner, complete with a tall lamp and side table. Please note, the fireplace is not available for guest use.

The second-floor living room offers another cozy space to relax, featuring a hi-tech sectional with Bluetooth speakers, a large mounted TV, and a full-length stand-up mirror.

The flooring upstairs has a slight bounce due to noise-reducing padding underneath, which is perfectly normal and designed for a quieter stay. Whether watching a movie or unwinding with a book, this space is a great retreat for guests of all ages.

The outdoor space of this home is designed for relaxation and entertainment.
The covered patio features a large outdoor kitchen with a gas grill, sink, deep cooler, and ample counter space, plus bar seating for 4.
Unwind in the patio lounge area with seating for 6, enjoy music on the Bluetooth sound system, or gather around the fire pit with built-in seating.
A stone bench area with string lights sets the scene for cozy evenings, and cornhole adds a fun touch to your stay.

RULES:
For cancellations, please note that we do charge a payment processing fee on top of our cancellation policy.

We also charge a minimum of $150 for an unapproved late checkout.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside our property. You can smoke outside the property, but we will just ask to make sure the smoke doesn't go inside and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Violation of our non-smoking policy will result in a minimum fee of $500.

We only host groups over the age of 25+ years old. Will need ID verification.

No parties or events. No Pets.

Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM to help keep the neighborhood peaceful. You’re welcome to enjoy the outdoor areas during this time - we just ask that conversations stay at a lower volume so everyone can relax and enjoy their evening.

Note: There is a $500 fine for any noise violations / unapproved events.
