Nestled in a peaceful setting yet close to San Antonio attractions, you can enjoy the beauty of nature and the convenience of nearby shopping, dining, and entertainment.

We price the home not including heating the pool or spa. Many guests do not use these amenities or need them heated, so we price our home without the heating charges. Heating the hot tub typically runs $10-20 per day of your stay and heating the pool typically runs $20-$40 per day. Prices slightly vary depending on time of year. Please note there is only one heater, so only one or the other may be heated per stay. They cannot both be heated at the same time, unfortunately.

RULES
For cancellations, please note that we do charge a payment processing fee on top of our cancellation policy.

We charge a minimum of $150 for an unapproved late checkout.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside our property. You can smoke outside the property but we will just ask to make sure the smoke doesn't go inside and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Violation of our non-smoking policy will result in a minimum fee of $500.

Pet Fee is $150 (max 2). This is a one-time, non-refundable fee, as we shampoo the carpets after each pet stay. No pets on furniture, please! Also, please clean up your pet's feces, or we will charge an additional $40 fee if uncleaned feces are found.

Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM to help keep the neighbourhood peaceful. You’re welcome to enjoy the outdoor areas during this time - we just ask that conversations stay at a lower volume so everyone can relax and enjoy their evening.

Note: There is a $500 fine for any noise violations / unapproved events.
