Second-floor queen bunk bedroom: A queen bunk bed offers additional sleeping space and access to a shared bathroom.
Second-floor queen bunk bedroom: Another queen bunk setup gives your group even more room, with access to a shared bathroom.

A covered casita with an L-shaped couch and an outdoor dining table for eight gives everyone room to relax, eat, and spend time together.
Unit 80 also features a turf balcony with outdoor seating and skyline views. Unit 82 adds its own turf balcony, along with a covered garage hangout centered around the 12-person hot tub, TV, and string lights.
Parking includes one gated space at each unit, plus street parking. Pets are welcome.

HOUSE RULES
~ All reservations require a quick online check-in through our guest portal, including a signed Rental Agreement, ID verification, and a one-time $167 accidental damage waiver. The waiver covers up to $2,500 in accidental damage for stays of 10 nights or less. For stays longer than 10 nights, the waiver is $16.70 per night.
~ Cancellations: The 3.5% credit card processing fee on any amount paid is non-refundable.
~ Late checkout: A $150 fee applies for any unapproved late checkout.
~ Smoking: Strictly prohibited inside. Permitted outside as long as smoke doesn’t enter the home and cigarette butts are properly disposed of. Violations will result in a fee.
~ Pet Fee is $300 (max of 2). This is a one-time, non-refundable fee as it causes a lot of extra cleaning for our crew, extra wear, and tear on the house and we have to shampoo the furniture as we have some guests who are allergic to pets.
~ Quiet hours: 10 PM to 7 AM. Backyard noise carries to the neighboring property, so please keep outdoor noise down, especially in the evening. Noise violations are subject to a $500 fine.

Our pool can be heated with fee.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
