Master Bedroom – The Primary Suite – A King bed plus a Queen-over-Queen bunk, a large walk-in closet, a sitting area with comfy chairs and great views, and a luxurious en-suite bath. There's a fireplace here too, though it's for ambiance only and not available for guest use.

Bedroom 2 – A Queen-over-Queen bunk, closet, ceiling fan, and a few nice touches like ottomans and a luggage stand to help guests get settled.

Bedroom 3 – Another Queen-over-Queen bunk with the same easy comforts — closet, ceiling fan, ottomans, and luggage stand.

Bedroom 4 – The bunkhouse of the group, with two Queen-over-Queen bunks (four beds total), making it a favorite for kids and larger groups alike.

Bedroom 5 – A cozy King bed beneath a charming bay window, with a closet, ceiling fan, ottoman, and luggage stand.

Bedroom 6 – A Queen-over-Queen bunk with closet and ceiling fan.

The living room is a relaxed spot to wind down, with comfortable seating and a 70" TV. There's a fireplace here as well, though like the one upstairs, it's decorative only and not for guest use.

Two washers and two dryers keep laundry simple, even for longer group stays.

And when it's time for a little friendly competition, the home's dedicated game room — complete with a pool table and ping pong table — is ready to go.

This is where the home really comes alive. The private pool and attached hot tub anchor the backyard, with string bistro lights setting the mood as the sun goes down.

HOUSE RULES

~ Cancellations: The 3.5% credit card processing fee on any amount paid is non-refundable.
~ Late checkout: A fee applies for any unapproved late checkout.
~ Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Smoking is permitted outside, provided smoke does not enter the home and cigarette butts are properly disposed of. Violation of the non-smoking policy will result in a fee.
~ Pet Fee is $150 (max of 2, dogs ONLY). This is a one-time, non-refundable fee as it causes a lot of extra cleaning for our crew, extra wear, and tear on the house and we have to shampoo the furniture as we have some guests who are allergic to pets.
~ Quiet hours: 10 PM–7 AM. Guests are welcome to enjoy the outdoor areas during quiet hours, but conversations and noise must remain at a lower volume out of respect for the neighborhood.
~ Events & noise: Unapproved events and noise violations are subject to a fine.
~ Parking: Driveway only (6 spaces available). Street parking isn't permitted — neighbors are particular about this, so please be respectful.

Our pool can be heated with fee.
Please note:
1. Pool temperatures will vary slightly based on weather conditions.
2. Heating is available upon request. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Heads up: If the temperature drops below 40°F, certain functions of the pool or spa may not be available, including heating.
