Bedroom 4 (Upstairs) – Head up a level and find three queen beds in one room, sleeping up to 6 — a go-to setup for kids, teens, or a group of friends splitting a room.

Bedroom 5 (Downstairs) – A twin trundle bedroom adds two more flexible beds, easy for kids or extra guests who need a spot of their own.

Beyond the Bedrooms – The sleeping space doesn't stop at five bedrooms. The upstairs living area holds two more twin trundles (4 guests), the upstairs TV room has its own sofa bed (2 guests), and both the downstairs living area and downstairs family area each add a sofa bed (2 guests apiece). Blender, mixer, and air fryer are all on hand too. Two washer/dryer pairs (one in the laundry room, one in the garage) mean laundry's never a bottleneck.

Downstairs, you've got a family area and a living area, both set up for lounging, plus a dining area with a table built for group meals. Head upstairs and there's a second living area, a TV room with its own sofa bed, and a wet bar for anyone who wants a drink without leaving the party. Samsung Smart TVs and Sonos soundbars in the living room and primary bedroom keep things easy whether you're watching a game or playing music.

The family room fireplace is gas, operable with a wall key — the patio fireplace is decorative only and shouldn't be lit.

The backyard's the draw here. The pool connects to a spa that heats year-round at no extra cost — the pool itself can be heated too, for a fee around $200/night, with 72 hours' notice. Only one can run heated at a time. There's covered patio space for outdoor dining and lounging, and a wood-burning fire pit for nights when you just want to sit outside — wood, lighter, and starter are all provided.

The game room's got ping pong and foosball, cornhole's set up in the backyard, and there's a driveway with room for up to 6 vehicles.

HOUSE RULES

~ Cancellations: The 3.5% credit card processing fee on any amount paid is non-refundable.
~ Late checkout: A $150 fee applies for any unapproved late checkout.
~ Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Smoking is permitted outside, provided smoke does not enter the home and cigarette butts are properly disposed of. Violation of the non-smoking policy will result in a fee.
~ Pets: 2 dogs for $170
~ Quiet hours: 10 PM–7 AM. Backyard noise carries to the neighboring property, so please be considerate with outdoor noise, especially in the evening. Noise violations are subject to a $500 fine.
~ Pool/spa: Only one of the pool or spa can be heated at a time. Pool heating requires 72 hours' notice and an additional fee for $200/night

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
