The house features 4.5 bathrooms. Bathroom access includes ensuite bathrooms in select bedrooms and shared bathroom access for the designated bunk and trundle rooms. Each bathroom is stocked with body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and essential toiletries so guests can settle in without packing every bathroom necessity.

The fully stocked kitchen features new appliances, a seven-burner stovetop, blender, tea kettle, and a kitchen island with four bar stools. A third-story kitchenette with a beverage fridge and coffee maker offering drip and K-Cup pod options adds extra convenience.
Gather around the dining table for five, settle into the living room's four swivel chairs, or enjoy board games together. The large glass sliding door opens toward the pool and yard, connecting indoor relaxation with outdoor fun.

The fully fenced turf yard is made for gathering. Enjoy the waterfall plunge pool, which can be heated upon request, sun loungers, sun chairs, yard games, and a four-burner Weber grill. A covered casita with an L-shaped couch and an outdoor dining table for eight gives everyone room to relax, eat, and spend time together.

HOUSE RULES
~ All reservations require a quick online check-in through our guest portal, including a signed Rental Agreement, ID verification, and a one-time $167 accidental damage waiver. The waiver covers up to $2,500 in accidental damage for stays of 10 nights or less. For stays longer than 10 nights, the waiver is $16.70 per night.
~ Cancellations: The 3.5% credit card processing fee on any amount paid is non-refundable.
~ Late checkout: A $150 fee applies for any unapproved late checkout.
~ Smoking: Strictly prohibited inside. Permitted outside as long as smoke doesn’t enter the home and cigarette butts are properly disposed of. Violations will result in a fee.
~ Pet Fee is $350 (max of 2 per given size of home). This is a one-time, non-refundable fee as it causes a lot of extra cleaning for our crew, extra wear, and tear on the house and we have to shampoo the furniture as we have some guests who are allergic to pets.
~ Quiet hours: 10 PM to 7 AM. Backyard noise carries to the neighboring property, so please keep outdoor noise down, especially in the evening. Noise violations are subject to a $500 fine.

Our pool can be heated with fee: $125 day 1 and $75/day after (88°)

1. Pool temperatures will vary slightly based on weather conditions.
2. Heating is available upon request. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
